Ganicin® zinc coatings are formulated to provide a very high level of corrosion protection for use in highly corrosive industrial environments. Ganicin® includes zinc-containing urethane and epoxy primers that are designed to be highly corrosion-resistant. It can be spray-applied and also used as a touch-up (spot repair) on organic or inorganic zinc-rich coatings.

Ganicin®

Ganicin® ZR-U

The new Ganicin 2.8 ZR-U primer has been formulated to offer maximum corrosion protection when used over steel surfaces. It is ideal for use under Axalta Corlar® epoxy primers or Imron® urethane primers to help deliver exceptional protection for materials that are exposed to highly corrosive environments.

Ganicin® ZR-E

A three-package, VOC conforming (2.8 lbs/gal) low HAPS, zinc-rich epoxy primer based on Axalta epoxy amine technology. The resulting organic zinc-rich primer is designed to deliver excellent corrosion resistance. Conforms to SSPC- 20 Class I definitions for zinc-rich products containing 85% zinc in the dry film. 

Ganicin® ZR-U

A high solids, two-component, 2.8 lbs/gal VOC conforming, moisture-cured organic zinc-rich coating based on Axalta polyurethane technology. The resulting coating is designed to be highly durable and to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance.
