Requirement

The jack-up system of the rig was showing signs of corrosion and a system was required to provide protection in an aggressive offshore environment.

Preparation

Thorough fresh water washing.

Coatings

The gearing system was spray applied with CCI 350 and the external surfaces were protected by spraying with CCI 400.
