Voltatex 9848
Voltatex® 9848 is a phenol-free, oven drying impregnation coat for the production of enameled glass-fibre wound round and rectangular wires. Voltatex 9848 is suitable for applications of the insulation class 155 (F) and shows good resistance to conventional varnishes and resins. Magnet wires coated with Voltatex 9848 as impregnating for glass-fibre covered wires exceed the requirements and technical conditions of IEC 60317-32. Listed test results based on Axalta Coating Systems standards, following IEC standards 60851.
