PercoTop® putty CS160

A high-quality 2K polyester putty for standard jobs. Pin-hole-free application, good sanding characteristics and excellent compatibility with infrared drying equipment make this the ideal putty for smaller jobs.

PercoTop® sprayable putty CS161

A 2K spray putty developed for smoothing out large surfaces with medium to coarse surface defects. Easy to apply with a gun and easy to sand.

PercoTop® high temperature putty CS162

A 2K putty based on unsaturated polyester resin technology designed to have a 30-minute pot-life combined with optimum drawing ability for pin-hole-free application on large and very large surfaces. It has very good sandability to boost productivity in the paint shop. This putty resists high temperature so that it can be over-coated with powder – max 30 minutes at 180°C.

PercoTop® thixoflex putty CS165

A 2K polyester putty with thixotropic behaviour, which makes it suitable for high-build applications. Easy application and good sandability produce a stable, pore-free surface with strong hold-out.

PercoTop® 2K chromate-free wash primer CS305

A 2K chromate-free acid-curing etch primer on a polyvinyl butyral resin basis developed to provide exceptional corrosion resistance. Its formulation ensures it promotes excellent adhesion even on difficult substrates such as stainless steel. We have designed this primer not only to meet current and future environmental legislation, but also to give users high process control. It provides good coverage and is easy to apply so you get the right film thickness.

PercoTop® 2K chromate-free wash primer CS306

This innovative chromate-free 2K wash primer complies with the latest 2019 REACh regulations. It provides excellent adhesion and corrosion protection on metallic substrates, especially on aluminum and stainless steel. It is an acid containing 2K adhesion promoter based on polyvinyl butyral resin.

PercoTop® welding primer CS314

A 1K chromate-free red-brown welding primer based on polyvinylbutyral technology with good filling properties. For steel construction elements that require corrosion protection during storage, before assembly and welding.

PercoTop® 1K primer 010 CS31x

A 1K chromate-free primer based on polyvinylbutyral chemistry. A general-purpose primer that dries very quickly and provides excellent adhesion on most surfaces, from steel to aluminium as well as galvanised substrates. This primer is available in a range of different colours.

PercoTop® 2K HS primer 040 CS34x

A 2K low-emission, fast-drying polyurethane primer/filler that can be used as an adhesion primer, standard filler or high-build filler on steel, aluminium and galvanised substrates, but also on GRP substrates. This primer comes in many different colours.

PercoTop® 2K VHS power primer 4000 CS371 / CS372 / CS373

This 2K very low-emission, fast drying polyurethane primer/filler can be used as an adhesion primer, primer filler, sanding filler or high-build filler on an extensive number of substrates. It is particularly suited for shotblasted steel, as well as sanded steel and GRP substrates. This universal primer can be sanded and will contribute to an excellent final topcoat appearance.

PercoTop® 2K HS sanding filler CS352

2K high solids filler based on polyurethane technology. This low VOC filler has excellent filling properties and sagging resistance and is very easy to apply. It is characterised by easy sanding and providing state-of-the-art appearance of PercoTop® topcoats.

PercoTop® 2K HS WOW filler CS357 / CS358 / CS359

2K high solids polyurethane wet-on-wet filler. Good flow, easy application and excellent overspray absorption makes this low emission filler the perfect choice for applications on large surfaces.

PercoTop® 2K epoxy primer CS381

A 2K chromate-free epoxy primer for the highest chemical resistance and optimal corrosion protection of metal substrates.

PercoTop® 2K zinc rich epoxy primer 053 CS382

This 2K chromate-free epoxy primer has been specifically developed to provide exceptional corrosion protection to shot-blasted steel surfaces. It is ideally suited to provide long-lasting protection in chemical environments. High film build capability and fast drying makes it easy to use even in difficult application conditions.

PercoTop® KH

A 1K topcoat of oxidatively cross-linking alkyd resins with easy application, very fast drying and high opacity, providing a more economical alternative to the 2K PUR quality but with less resistance to weathering and chemicals.

PercoTop® 1K acrylic

A 1K solvent-based topcoat based on thermoplastic acrylic resins, providing a fast, high-quality solution for smooth decorative applications and specially developed to be filled into spray cans. It is the preferred solution for small repairs like scratches on powder-coated objects, such as window frames and doors, or for painting interior decorative objects. It is very fast drying and has a high elasticity.

PercoTop® basecoat

PercoTop® basecoat is a special industrial basecoat based on acrylic and polyester resins. It’s an easy-to-use add-on for PercoTop® mix-machine users who like to design their own metallic and mica colours and who appreciate its fast drying and multi-toning possibilities. PercoTop® basecoat is not designed to compete with our other refinish and industrial basecoats. That’s why we do not offer a full range of colours that would serve the needs of CV or bus customers.

PercoTop® NKL

A 1K topcoat based on nitrocellulose that offers ease of application combined with quick drying times.

PercoTop® PUR 2K MS topcoat

Polyurethane technology is the best-in-class quality for industrial applications when a smooth finish combined with long lasting weather resistance and excellent chemical resistance is required. This 2K polyurethane topcoat can be matted to five different gloss levels using matting agent CS204, from matte (25 units) to high gloss (95 units).

PercoTop® PUR MATT 2K MS matt topcoat

This 2K polyurethane topcoat offers two lower levels of gloss: very matte (15-25 units) and dead-matte (3-15 units).

PercoTop® 449 / 466 2K structure topcoat

A silicone-free, structured 2K polyurethane topcoat offering a wide range of structures, from finely structured to coarse, including special sputtering effects. It provides exceptional, long-lasting chemical and mechanical resistance. PercoTop® 466 uses only highly durable tints and is therefore particularly suited for use on exteriors.

PercoTop® 477 2K DTM structure topcoat

A silicone-free, structured semi-matt 2K polyurethane topcoat for direct-to-metal applications with exceptionally fast application times.

PercoTop® 611 / 633 2K DTM topcoat

A direct-to-metal 2K polyurethane topcoat with good corrosion protection making it a highly durable coating for various metals such as steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. The high mechanical resistance of the product makes it suitable for economical industrial painting jobs. PercoTop® 633 has outstanding UV stability and is therefore particularly suited for use on exteriors.

PercoTop® 617 2K DTM fast drying topcoat

A 2K solvent-based topcoat, providing a fast and economical solution for smooth industrial direct-to-metal applications. As it dries very rapidly it is the best choice when parts require fast packing.

PercoTop® MIO 2K MIO topcoat

A 2K polyurethane topcoat offering a finely structured finish with fine-metallic reflection based on micaceous iron oxide. It provides good chemical and mechanical resistance.

PercoTop® HS 2K HS topcoat

A VOC compliant, high-solids 2K polyurethane system with an optimised application window. PercoTop® HS is the choice for VOC-regulated paint shops. To change the high gloss quality, the PUR HS can be matted using the special HS matt binder CS909.

PercoTop® EP 2K epoxy topcoat

A 2K epoxy technology topcoat offering excellent chemical resistance. PercoTop® EP was developed for indoor applications that face potentially heavy exposure to various chemicals.

PercoTop® 9600 2K MS topcoat

Some customers want the greater quality provided by a medium solids system. Others don’t have to operate to strict VOC legislation. This is a 2K medium-solids polyurethane solventborne topcoat which offers a high-gloss appearance, good flow, dries quickly and delivers excellent long-term colour and gloss retention.

PercoTop® 9675 2K HS topcoat

This 2K high solid polyurethane topcoat is the preferred choice when complex shapes and large surfaces require an excellent finish. PercoTop® ­9675 has good flow and appearance and delivers excellent long-term colour and gloss retention. It has been optimised for electrostatic and air-mix applications. PercoTop® 9675 is our flagship topcoat and the standard choice for most applications requiring a smooth and glossy finish.

PercoTop® 9700 2K HS topcoat

This 2K high solid polyurethane topcoat is the right choice for any commercial vehicle that needs a first-class finish. PercoTop® 9700 has excellent flow and delivers excellent long-term colour and gloss retention.

PercoTop® clearcoats

We have the right clearcoat for every situation.

Depending on the customers’ requirements, PercoTop® clearcoats are available in medium as well as high solids versions. The 2K polyurethane clearcoats are the right choice for any clear over base system that needs a first-class finish. The clearcoats offer a high-gloss appearance and good flow and can easily be used over PercoTop® basecoat. Also many PercoTop® topcoats can be overcoated with PercoTop® clearcoats, resulting in a top-class shiny look.

An additive that works as a universal elastifier for all PercoTop® 2K topcoats.

PercoTop® brush 'n' roll additive CS211

This additive makes it possible to use brush and roll application.

PercoTop® anti silicone additive CS213

Silicones can cause surface defects during paint application. This additive helps to prevent these defects.

PercoTop® multitoning additive CS214

This special additive is used for multitoning with PercoTop® topcoats. It speeds up the drying time and makes it easier to tape in case of striping and lettering.

PercoTop® drying accelerator CS215

This additive accelerates the drying of PercoTop® 2K polyurethane topcoats.

PercoTop® texture additives CS220

PercoTop® textureadditive 200 CS220 is the most coarse texture additive and is used to create anti-slip coatings.

PercoTop® texture additives CS221

PercoTop® texture additive 30 CS221 is mainly used for architectural applications to match the special appearance of certain matt powder coatings. It can also be used to give coatings higher surface hardness and abrasive resistance.

PercoTop® texture additives CS222

PercoTop® texture additive 50 CS222 is added to PercoTop® topcoats to copy the appearance of the structured and structured metallic powder coatings that are often used on window frames and garage doors. The liquid coating will get a very smooth textured surface.
