Alesta® AP

The range includes a variety of finishes and effects - all of which give a unique appearance while covering any surface imperfections. The range of Axalta Coating Systems architectural grade polyesters is manufactured and individually tested in accordance with ISO 9000 quality systems to ensure excellent performance and colour consistency.

Alesta® AP AntiGraffiti

Alesta® AntiGraffiti Outdoor is an anti-graffiti powder coating to protect surfaces from the permanent effects of spray paint and markers. Its good weather and chemical resistance makes it the ideal protective coating for finishes exposed to graffiti. It has outstanding exterior durability due to excellent chemical resistance, very good UV weathering and outstanding film hardness.

Suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications where graffiti can cause damages: construction, traffic signs, urban furniture, bus stations, parking meters, railway stations, bridges, machinery,...

Alesta® AP QualiSteel

In a more and more demanding market, there is an increasing need for a better protection of galvanized and zinc thermal sprayed steel. By using Alesta® AP QualiSteel, you increase not only the durability and protection of most steel structures, you also coat it in a wide range of colours. 

When it comes to sustainability, Alesta® AP QualiSteel is an excellent choice. It enables you not only to save energy or material, it is also label free, and offers any steel structure a much longer life span thanks to the coating excellent UV stability. Alesta® AP QualiSteel is part of QUALISTEELCOAT coating system.

Alesta® AP MarResistant

This range of products is dedicated to architectural market in order to prevent scratches on profiles caused by manipulation and cleaning of assembled parts.

Alesta® E

Alesta® E is a powder coating with very good anti-corrosion properties, good flexibility and mechanical resistance. The excellent chemical and mechanical properties make the Alesta® E range particularly appropriate for anti-corrosion, electrical insulation and indoor decorative protection. However, because of their low UV-resistance, Alesta® E powder coatings are not suitable for applications subject to direct sunlight or artificial UV light.

Alesta® EP

Alesta® EP is a powder coating specifically formulated for industrial applications. It is designed for use in different applications but not on substrates exposed externally. This epoxy-polyester range offers very good corrosion protection and high mechanical properties but with limited UV-resistance.

Alesta® HR

We developed this range of powder coatings, as end users have quickly recognised these benefits, which directly affect the service life of the coated product. Standard powder coatings are unable to fulfil these requirements. Alesta® HR does not cause any contamination on the production line when the handling and cleaning instructions are followed, so it can be combined with standard polyester powder coatings. This heat-resistant powder coating is based on silicone resin, specially developed to protect surfaces at extremely high temperatures.

Alesta® IP Antigassing LB

Alesta® IP Anti-gassing Low Bake powder coating offers exceptional anti-gassing properties, minimizing bubble formation. Unlike conventional methods that may require two coats to address outgassing, our product avoids inner-coat adhesion issues and reduces time and costs. With its lower temperature curing at around 150°C, Alesta® IP Anti-gassing Low Bake enhances productivity and saves energy. Moreover, its specific curing schedules enhance humidity resistance, resulting in a high-quality coating that is defect-free. Choose our powder coating for superior results, increased productivity, energy savings, and all the advantages associated with it.

Alesta® IP

Alesta® IP is a range of powder coatings for industrial applications. It has good weather resistance, very good flexibility and mechanical properties for excellent outdoor durability. It is typically used to decorate and protect industrial metal pieces outdoors and indoors. Alesta® IP has excellent reactivity and very good flow. Together with excellent transfer efficiency and a broader curing schedule, Alesta® IP boosts productivity and cost efficiency.

Alesta® SD

Alesta® SD is part of our premium range which is formulated in architectural polyester quality designed to surpass the most severe specifications. All products have an assured quality specified by the Qualicoat Class 2 and GSB Florida 3 (Master) quality labels and meet the AAMA 2604 requirements, ensuring the highest level of protection.

Alesta® Speed

The Alesta® Speed thermosetting coating provides protection and decorative finishes for metal substrates. Durability, weather resistance and colour choice make them attractive for the construction and architectural sectors. Chemically resistant powders are also available in the Alesta® Speed range and can be formulated to customer requirements.

Alesta® UD

Alesta® UD (AR500) is a range of hyper durable powder coatings based on an innovative fluorocarbon chemistry. this technology provides the highest level of colour and gloss retention available. Compared to conventional liquid systems like PVDF, Alesta® UD offers many advantages including superior mechanical properties in just one layer. alesta® UD is a hyper-premium coating that meets AAMA 2605, and is supported by a warranty up to 30 years under conditions.

Alesta® ZeroZinc

Corrosion of steel leads to high repair and maintenance costs. Surface pre-treatment and use of the most appropriate anti-corrosion system will extend the life of the painted structure. After more than 10 years of research and development, the Alesta® ZeroZinc range of products is expanding to provide the best solution for every substrate. There is a ZeroZinc primer for each substrate to be coated: steel, parts with sharp edges, degassing substrates (galvanised steel and metallisation)
